you started with 4 tabs, let's say you bought 6, now you have 10:

10 in standard, 10 in talisman

After the league merge you still have your 10 in standard + 10 remove-only tabs from talisman.

When ascendancy starts you will start with 10 empty stash tabs. And yes, they will become remove-only tabs in standard after the next leagues merge.

It does not affect your stash tabs, when you buy tabs, it will aplly in all league. You can try to create a normal league character and see that it will have the same number of tab you have in talisman.
