You are aware that most of the things you named are not really downsides?... No, you have no idea... On the other hand, this item was introduced to the game in March 2013. Don't you think it happened enough time to do stupid post because of this absolutely normal unique? Bethesda is known for having good ideas and terrible realization of them.
