Mate I noticed you have zero added-lightning damage from your gear or your passive tree. The only lightning damage you get is from the vinktar's flask (which is unbuffed right? Because we scale only physical and chaos, not elemental?).

So an average 20-80 added lightning damage flask's 30% leech is enough to fill your ES up to full in 1 second? Or do you absolutely need to use Atziri's flask to keep up that leech?

I'm able to get to 19-20 stacks with Increased Duration. However once I swap increased duration for Empower or Added Fire, my max stacks cap out at 14/15? Is the key reason due to the lack of the Elreon ring? Or do I need drastically more mana regen on gear?

On as side note, would you recommend empower 4 or added fire for the red gem?

You dont have all reduced mana points in tree and inc mana % in tree take 4 % reduced near scion and you should be able to get clarity alco mana regen up the witch

Yes it is more than enough to refill you instantly. Atziri's promise is not needed. The leech boot enchant also has nice synergy with vinktar's.

You do not have the aura reserve taken in the "leadership" wheel. That will fix your problem. Very... very nice gear btw.
