The Valentine's Heart microtransaction effect is now unavailable because its week of sales has finished. Any that have been already purchased are kept forever and can be moved from item to item at any time. The promotion went really well for us - it fit the dark theme of the game and helped raise funds to pay for our growing server and staff costs. Thanks much for your great support of the game! We have plans for other limited-time microtransactions in the future as well. We're still experimenting with price, duration and other factors, but will post about them as they become available.
It's possible that Valentine's Heart will return at the same time next year, or maybe in a slightly different form.

yeah but it's likely the devs might introduce something other than this. They said it was a limited time offer so it's probably money well spent on a one time deal, but even if it isn't the same, it's still 9.50 $ more to the company pot.
