Dalai, I can't navigate to anything that looks like that page from wrcbtv.com - nor is there anything in the website's core structure that looks like it would even try to link you to something like that.

Furthermore, based on what I can tell from the other link, "http://ftpcontent4.worldnow.com/wmctv" would be a whole different website, right? (I'm not terribly versed on website construction, but that's the way most other sites seem to work)
http://sayrank.com/Worldnow.com (look for registrar company in whois results)
http://www.wrcbtv.com (scroll to bottom for worldnow link)
http://sayrank.com/Franklyinc.com
http://www.bloomberg.com/research/stocks/private/snapshot.asp?privcapid=8123228 (look for d/b/a = doing business as)

In other words, this page
http://ftpcontent4.worldnow.com/wmctv/elections/wmc-electionresults.html
is undeniably on networks controlled by WRCB's web hosting provider. The only question is how it got there: malicious fake evidence dump, or the real deal?

Okay, so please correct my logic where it's wrong. I desperately want it to be.

Either:
A. there is a conspiracy to rig the election in Clinton's favor, or
B. there isn't, but there's a surprising amount of faked evidence on the internet giving that impression.

If B is true: then consider the nature of such disinformation. Consider Wikileaks with its DKIM validation, essentially proving that the emails were recognized as John Podesta by clintonemail.com when sent. Consider the timing of this recent NBC ejection results hoax, after news of the Clinton camp suing poll watchers. Etc etc etc.

Therefore: if B, then the alternative media is either deliberately feeding us a coordinated propaganda campaign of disinformation, or being conned into doing so.

I am therefore forced to conclude that the United States is under attack. Either the election is rigged, or we are the target of a highly coordinated, deliberate disinformation/propaganda campaign designed to make us question the validity of our democratic process and incite revolt.

Basically, it's the Clintons, or it's the "Russians" (could be a group posing as them).

Please tell me I'm fucking wrong somehow.

Uh... actually it's Trump. Have you not been listening to his speeches? He continuously put that idea out and his supporters have parroted his suggestion and they are the ones creating the bullshit evidence to support his idiotic suggestion.

Got it now, thx!

The simplest explanation remains that this is the work of a rabble rouser. Whether it be a neutral party looking to rouse rabbles, a Trump supporter trying to "prove" the god emperor right, a Clintonista false flagging, or a foreign manipulator. Any of those would take 10,000x less work than the um...I hesitate to call it an alternative - that's giving it too much credibility.
Even the "simple" explanation here is remarkably complicated. I really funny believe this to be the work of a lone "rabble rouser" given the unprecedented amount of information leaking throughout the campaign. As I said earlier, I believe either the election is rigged, or we are being targeted by a coordinated, pervasive, very well planned disinformation campaign designed to give that impression.

Okay, now I feel like an idiot.

Here's a recent poll of Colorado (with a pretty fair sampling, even). 39% each, 5% Johnson, 4% Stein, 14% undecided (only 101% due to rounding).

Now go to the worldnow.com page and look at Colorado for president. Clinton winning the state with 23% of the vote, and a whopping 58% of Colorado voting third party. That's not a lie; that's a joke. It's impossible to sell to a Colorado audience.

Apparently this was some kind of test of their system. There's no way anyone could be seriously rigging votes with that Colorado story.

Edit: Also has every single incumbent congressperson winning.

If you are running NoScript, you can see that Worldnow is their content provider. I didn't find anything definitive listing NBC with them, but supposedly they serve numerous news agencies, including Fox.

Website domain structure works from right to left. .com is a top level domain, and worldnow.com is the second level domain - which is pretty much what everyone has, unless they are a root DNS server iirc. ftpcontent4 would be a third level structure - kind of like Off Topic being under PathofExile.com

As for why it is there, I can't say. It looks suspicious, but could possibly be a test page - preformatted and ready to go - just update with current data. Considering how many other websites will end up using that page, they might want to have it up in advance, so the other sites can make sure it fits with all their coding, especially if they have some complex cascading style sheets. You can end up with some goofy looking pages.

I did see a site that analyzed the source page, that claimed it wasn't "test code", but that part was beyond what I've done running a web site, so I can't say whether it is valid or not.

I'm not buying the following conspiracy theory yet - I don't have access to any stenography tools to verify some of what they are talking about, and so far it looks preliminary. Although several hundred pages of research so far, the leads being generated aren't current enough to get any search warrants.

If this sick theory is true - this is likely what sparked the NYPDs investigation and is why the FBI can't shut it down again. Again, if true (pure speculation by lots of people atm) Hillary will be arrested, and her secret service detail would likely assist them.

I've no idea if this is more than just people putting together stuff that is only connected by the most tenuous of threads, but according to the howling voices in the spin room, a Friday November 5th indictment is what the NYPD is shooting for, and they don't need any classified info to proceed.

OK - so start here, the page is short, and read through the questions they raise (quick paraphrasing to get the gist - you can read them on the web page_
