One big update wasn't enough, they tossed the announcements for both at us in a very short amount of time, how am I supposed to decide what I'm excited about now?

And they have some hype over their upcoming updates. What's wrong with that? The devs have families to feed too. They made this their career and lifeblood, so why not promote it now and then, and tease with announcements?

I'm not sure what the OP is trying to get at other than announcing they're 1.) not a patient person, and/or 2.) easily distracted by the next promotion. In either and both cases, the cure is to learn to enjoy what you have now and look forward to the future updates but don't obsess about them. I know, I know, easier said than done. :-)

I am definitely enjoying the game in it's current state, and I know I will enjoy it regardless of what changes to the tree or balance we see in the coming months/year. This game never disappoints.
