Unnecessary amount of flask slots
|
Ok, being completely serious.
Taking away options is never the way to make a game better. If you can't or do not like to keep track of 5 flasks, then do not use 5 flasks. There are times I wish there were more slots for flasks, 5 does not allow to have a flask for each damage type, health, and mana; as well as granite flasks and speed flasks for emergencies. TLDR: You have the choice, don't like 5 -> don't use 5. IGN: Mortui_Resurgent, Quisinart, DarkVoid, BlindFury

Actually I would like 1 or 2 more. Get me two health, two mana, a quicksliver and a granite!
RIP Diablo franchise
RIP Bird Lovers of Wraeclast <BLÔW> Congrats Chris & others for cashing out! I don't blame you. I'll be saving money now... unless I start making a lot more. Can't wait to see if you guys start a new studio in six years! RIP GGG |

If you are complaining about remembering FIVE different slots, I'd hate to see you try to manage getting up in the morning and ready for work. "WOW there are to many holes to stick my legs in these trousers, I think I'll just wear a dress instead."
Seriously though, how are you still alive in real life if you cannot remember what 5 different buttons do on your keyboard. If you stand next to a double boss Corpse-Explosion, you're gonna have a bad time. RIPKRIPP

I read OP's post a couple of times and I can't figure out what he's complaining about.
- The amount of flask hinders him from improving with his skills? - He is confused about what number to type and wants all similar flasks on the same number? Like all health ones are relate to the "1" key, all mana to "2" ? I think he doesn't want to use only 3 slots and have less healing/mana refilling capabilities, he wants less different buttons to hit, but who knows? edit: I think I got it, he thinks that it's like diablo and flasks get consumed in his inventory. That's why he wants less slots but the flasks to be stack-able. OP, you don't need to carry flasks in you inventory. Just the ones in your 5 slots. The ones in the slots replenish themselves as you adventure and the extra ones in the inventory just sit there empty anyway. Hope this helps Last edited by wonko33#2809 on Feb 13, 2013, 7:29:39 PM

The OP may not have realized yet that there are more flask types other than Health and Mana that he can apply to those slots.

Flask needs to be recharged, you don't have to use them all at once.
Besides, there's more than just Life and Mana flask. There are flasks for other effects like a temporary boost of speed or resistance. |
