These gems must be in helmet.
I would go as far to call this item BIS. 700+ evasion, 300+ ES and 24-30 chaos res is nothing to look down at, its also very available and cheap compare to a 300+ ES rare. I bought mine for 1 exalted.
The +1 skill level improves ES, mana regen and +1% attack speed.
My survivability was greatly increased when I started using it.
You need to optimize the rest of your gear and jewels to cover resistances.
Don't worry, is not hard.

Shavronne's Wrappings RRBG BB or RRG BBB(6L can work also, not needed what so ever)
Keep in mind that there is no chaos damage when fighting Atziri which means you can replace Shavronne's with a higher ES chest. Make sure you cap your lightning resistance though.

You can negate the enlighten gem by taking one more 4% mana reduced node.
You can then add another support gem for golem.
You should be able to do this at level 94ish.

You will also need Melee Physical, Minion Damage and Melee Physical on full life.

IIQ gem is legacy but if you can afford this build it shouldn't be an issue. 43% Quantity is OP.
On some hard maps you should drop IIQ/IIR for more damage.

You must cap your resistances with out any from your boots. I did it, its not hard.
DO NOT keep auras in your boots so you won't have to recast them when switching boots.
You should keep your rare boots in your inventory socketed and ready to go.
Some maps/bosses are hard and is not worth dying for the extra IIR.

Wondertrap for IIR, 200+ ES rare boots for Uber Atziri.
Wondertrap are so cheap that you should Vaal spam them until you get something useful.
Make sure you link them, color them and quality them before you corrupt them.

Rainbowstride Conjurer Boots can also be used, I use them on maps with elemental weakness mod.
There block spell works great with Rumi's Concoction, adds about 10%-13% spell block.
Non legacy max out at 132 ES with 20% quality and perfect ES roll of 180%.

This setup provides even more DPS.
A 20/20 Curse on hit and 20/20 Elemental weakness along with EE will lower fire and cold resistances by -102.8%.
The DPS output is just insane but the game play is way harder.
EE lasts about 9 seconds so you need to keep that in mind.
Best used in open maps.

Rare Cloth Belt. Stun recovery is just to important. ES belt is inferior.
You need at least 45% stun recovery from items. Jewels can also have stun recovery on them.
