Neon's quote seemed very clear to me the first time I read it, and I would have answered myself 'YES' , but after some thinking my doubts were: ' what if the mod is no longer available in the game?'
Sorta like divining legacy uniques with added/removed properties..

I dont know if it's clear what I mean , hope so!


The old series of maps has the old mods.

For example, if you Alch an old white map, it will get old mods on it.






You don't have to rush to roll them. When 2.0 hits, you can alch an old white map and it will still have the old mods

Also, new maps can roll hordes just as well as the old ones:
