It's why do the affixes from items dropped their need to be improved by 2.44%. Why not just make Tyranical remain as tier 1 but only rolled on item level 81 and above, and redistribute the brackets. How isn't this game pay to win now? Been pay to win from the start rofl. They spend 1000s of dollars to hit 100 first in the leagues.. People so rich in this game when it's not possible to to get that rich by simply playing the game. Need currency to make it so most spend alot of money for currency duh.
