What should be my next aim to evolve my ranger?

Drop the Doryani's Invitation for a better belt with a life roll, get better leech and life on gear.
Replace the chest with a better chest. Getting a high defensive roll on that slot is always an immense power spike.
The bow can be upgraded but your dps is probably enough for now.
