Hypothetical: Legacy flavour text?

A story about a lesbian discovering she hooked up with a man.
Does it offend you in exactly the same way as the standard text?

This is noy my main account, as my main account is through steam and I am replying from work, so apologies if anyone feels that this is misleading or anything of the sort.

The biggest issue that I have with this debate so far is that it is completely glossing over one main fact, that fact being that the Male in question was raped. There has been implication in this that a Heterosexual man should not feel distraught at sleeping with another man, and in a completely consensual non-misleading interaction I completely agree with this. However, this is not what is described in the flavour text. The male in question has sexual intercourse with what he believes is a female and who presents themselves as a female. As such under the situation he is having sexual intercourse under circumstances which are misleading. This prevents him from creating a true consent and as such qualifies under the standards of rape than many SJW's believe in, the standard being as follows: "any sexual intercourse that done through means of forced penetration, blackmail, or (and this is important) mis-information constitues the denial of the ability to makes informed consent and as such is rape". Or is this different because its a heterosexual man that is being raped by a male to female transexual. THe question I pose is why is this condemned as Transphobia when it is in fact a clear cut case of suicide and depression due to rape?

Well, that's a interesting point to make, but I have a hard time believing someone would suicide over that. I mean, that implies that the raped person enjoyed the whole thing and then had to react after knowing the truth. I think disgust or shock would be more likely than depression. It's hard to know, it's really rare to happen (if I was a transexual I wouldn't take risks with no one, and if someone is heterosexual and this happens, it seems unlikely to go further without knowing).

Believe me when I say rape in any form is something that causes you to contemplate suicide.
I dont see how its any different in this case, unless one were to believe a heterosexual male can not be raped.
