I wanted to try an EK just to check if it's changed or not. I love EK. :D
Edit: tl;dr The multi-accounts are real. IMO, besides the regular timer, another "timer" should exist. The account list should be sorted by activity and use it as a source. I know that new players could give you different feedback than the "veteran" players, but: - are they really new players? - will they continue playing? I mean, maybe they just registered a new account, signed up for beta, played a bit, but they find it too hard or not entertaining enough so they leave. How many of the invited players are actually playing? Last edited by csisyadam#0608 on Apr 22, 2015, 9:27:45 AM

@AdzPoE
For someone who feels the irrepressible need to justify his grotesque and loudly proclaimed sense of self-entitlement with some third rate psycho-babble, it's astonishing how blind you seem to be to your own preening and childish psychological need to be recognized and given due acknowledgment and dispensation by the powers that be at GGG. After all, goes the thinking, you've ponied up for numerous supporter packs, you've devoted enormous energy and time to playing the game, so you and others of your ilk should be treated with kid gloves, right, and given the toys you so brattishly think you deserve because you've paid your dues? Does the word 'tantrum' ring any bells with you? So you've pushed some money GGG's way, and you consider this entitles you to some kind of favouritism, a little leg up, a surreptitious sidewise wink that essentially turns your financial support (and rewards) into what you otherwise construe as a belated bribe to give you access to the beta over the rest of the contemptible rabble? Oh, and as for those countless hours labouring and sweating so devotedly to the game for GGG's sake, the sacrifice you've put in on their behalf that simply deserves its just reward! Really? So in reality you've actually put in more time than most playing a free game, for your own entertainment and amusement, and now consider all that time spent indulging in self-gratification a labour of love on GGG's behalf that entitles you to some kind of warped favouritism? Basically, it would seem that some consider this an environment that mirrors the outside world, one where cronyism, nepotism, and money can be parleyed into influence and advantage. Clearly Chris and the others at GGG don't buy into such corrupting practices and favourtism, and for that they should be applauded, not criticized. It's the democratic principle at work, with old hands and neophytes on the same level playing field, and if some of you could actually remember what it was like to be new to the game I'm certain you'd appreciate such consideration. Bottom line? It's JUST A FRICKING BETA TEST, not the keys to the kingdom! Excuse me for using a trite cliche, but get over yourselves. I dare say some of those doing the complaining don't even have any altruistic aim in terms of gaining access to the beta, but are looking for an edge when it finally goes on stream, or resent the fact that others might do so. Either way, the simple solution is to piggyback on the work being done by the streamers and follow the developments closely. For all the additional criticism being leveled at the apparent favouritism towards those streamers, the simple fact is that GGG is again doing the rest of the community a favour through such a medium by giving those without access to the beta a window into the whole thing. I think new players were invited to the closed beta because the devs are currently trying to rebalance a lot of the early game content around players who are going to be receiving their first experience of the game. Obviously new players to this closed beta aren't going to base their first impressions off of this because it's a closed beta, not the actual game, but at least the devs can monitor their progress and see what the majority of new players struggle on. From watching Kripp's stream, it seems like they're able to monitor players anyways.
