I don't think you're going to find that all that color and "filter" does what you want it to. Your brain's natural filter is going to go to work on it and give you a different result than your theory intended.
Judging by the edit date I take it that this isn't updated for 2.6 yet? :(

Seems so. But it work with legacy well. Legacy mod items have sound and this enough for me :)

PlayAlertSound 9 100
SetTextColor 255 255 150
SetBackgroundColor 0 0 0 250
SetBorderColor 255 255 150
to beginning of file. Like this:

I just realized there's also nothing for or does it? Im not sure how the whole thing for Reliquary Keys works.
