if somebody claims a name, the system changes the name to CN_abcdef and the if the person comes back, he can ask for a new name

Ive been looking for names, cool ones and pretty much all of them are used by people that joined in 2012 and never came back

<Individual Name> + <Account Name>
Account name is name when you create account
Individual Name is name of your character
