Welcome to Spectral Crow build!
 It is a popular Low Life Spectral Throw build (Fyndel's Spectral) with only 1 Mirrored item (dagger Loath Bane Ambusher) and my corrections.

Passive Tree for lvl 95
Deal with the Bandits
Normal: +1 passive point or 8% elemental resistances Cruel: +18% physical damage Merciless: +1 Power charge
My Gear
Flasks
In passive tree i take 30% increased effect of Flasks and 12% increased Flasks effect duration:  I use next Flasks: Why? Atziri's Promise + Add many Chaos Damage + Add 10% + 10%*0.3 = 13% of Chaos damage leeched as life
LMP DPS with/without this flask
  Taste of Hate + Add many Cold Damage + 30% + 30%*0.3 = 39% of Physical damage taken as Cold damage. It's very good, becouse we have low armor and with this flask our 88% cold resistance affect to 39% of taken Physical damage + 39% chance to avoid being Chilled/Frozen
LMP DPS with/without this flask
  Rumi's Concoction + Add 3000 + 3000*0.3 = 3900 Armor + Add Attack and Spell Block. With my flask i have 74% attack block and 23% spell block Magic Flasks Base: Ruby | Topaz For comfortable game we need still 2 mods: 1. Immunity to Freeze and Chill + Remove Freeze and Chill 2. Immunity to Bleeding + Remove Bleeding It's suffixes in magic flasks. Best prefix for big critical chance build - Recharges 1 Charge when deal Critical strike.

What Auras are good ? 60% reserved: Hatred | Haste | Discipline | Wrath | Anger 40% reserved: Purity of Elements 25% reserved: Herald of Thunder / Ash / Ice Life reserved: We can reserve 99% of life. Setting: 60% + 25% + 25% I use: Mana reserved: Setting: 60% + 60% + 60% Setting with Purity of Elements: 40% + (60% + 60%)*Empower I use: If you got +1 lvl to socketed gems Lioneye's Paws then 2 auras can have 25-26 lvl. I use lvl 25 Discipline and Wrath:  
Other Sockets
Movenment: Blood rage buff + Enhance = Add very lot Attack Speed and Physical Life Leech. Attack Speed: 39% + 0.75%*47 = 74.25% Physical Life Leech: 6% + 0.2%*47 = 15.4%  But We still take in passive tree 21% Increased Effect of Buffs on You:  And: Total Attack Speed: 74.25%*1.21 = 89.9% Total Physical Life Leech: 15.4%*1.21 = 18.6% I got still 2 clean sockets and i use 2 Vaal Clarity (With 2L possible Vaal Clarity + Increased Duration) Alternatives: Vaal Discipline | Vaal Haste | Curses | Portal | ...

Prism Guardian Shield version
If I use Prism Guardian Shield Then I have: - more auras - more damage - more mana - less Energy Shield With Prism Guardian i can use extra auras. Settings with Purity of Elements : Prism Guardian: 60% + 60% + 40% Life reserved: 25% Mana reserved: 25% + (60% + 60%)*Empower Settings without Purity of Elements : Prism Guardian: 60% + 60% + 60% Life reserved: 25% Mana reserved: 25% + (60% + 60%)*Empower Settings without Purity of Elements and Empower : Prism Guardian: 60% + 60% + 60% Life reserved: 25% Mana reserved: 25% + 25% + 60% + 60%
What If you got still 200ex for second mirrored item ?
In future i will WTB Gloom Call Titanium Spirit Shield  Why? + 73% Spell Damage increased 20-30k DPS + With More Resisnatces I can use Settings of Auras without Purity of Elements Where we will take Resisnatces instead Purity of Elements ? 1. Our new shield 2. Deal with the Bandits on Normal (+8% All Elemental resistances) 3. In Passive Tree:   With my Gear and new shield I will have Max Resistances with Bandit's 8% Elemetal Resistances and 2 passive nodes 15% Lighting and Cold Resistances.

Problems with Mana ?
Best way for our build -> Mana Leech. Why? Becouse we dont use Clarity and havent good regeneration. Becouse we got Instantly Leech on Critical Strike. Where we can take Mana Leech ? 1. Crown of eyes -> 2% 2. Passive tree node Mind Drinker -> 2%  3. Belt Auxium -> 6% (or more/less if you got more/less Power Charges) 4. Prefix in Rare ring -> 2% 5. Prefix in Rare amulet -> 4% 6. Support Physical Projectile Attack Damage. More Physical damage -> more mana leech. For very comfortable play i recommend use: Vaal Clarity + Increased Duration (~14 seconds Skills Cost No Mana)  Other ways: 1. Mana Flask. 2. Mana gained on Kill mods or nodes. - Suffix in Rare ring -> 6 Mana gained on Kill - Suffix in Rare amulet -> 6 Mana gained on Kill 3. Mana gained on Kill nodes:   4. Curse Assassin's Mark -> Mana gained on kill of cursed mob 5. Curse Poacher's Mark -> Mana gained on hit by attacks on cursed mob Good Luck and Have Fun! " Differences is not big, but: 1. Tree. - Fyndel dont use effectiveness of flasks (and Fyndel dont use Taste of Hate flask)  - Fyndel take 43% Phys Dmg, 60% Accuracy, 12% Atack Speed and 40% Critical Chance for 8 point  I take instead this:   - Fyndel lose many point for path to 50% critical chance and 25% critical multiplier:  2. I use Only 1 Mirrored Item. With full mirrored i can use Anger instead Purity for example. 3. Deal with the Bandits. +1 passive point > 18% phys damage ? I think NO. 4. See Witch build list. looks cool was playing around with life based spectral throw till the abyssus nerf,i picked up a 6l shavs and have a 2.03 attk speed 350 phys dps ambusher do you think theres a way to make it work with vaal pact? would be a while till i could afford acuity. Cheers fhark

" Last what i bought in my gear - Atziri's Acuity. I played without instantly leech and its playable. I never use Vaal Pact becouse i could not lose many points for path to Vaal pact. |

I have only one complain, as usual, show us GMP DPS without atziri/taste flasks/ vaal haste.

Ok thanks for your reply someone suggested i go for spell damage last to avoid high ele reflect and max my leech. So will do that now to respec a witch or start fresh... tx again

ive been honing my build similar to yours without the mirrored items of the rich. I just noticed that your taking 2 unnecessary nodes just below the shadow start in the 10 str or 10 dex. or if you wanted that str the 2 x 10 dex travelling nodes further below. unless you have specfic use for 4% accuracy. Good to see some people still playing it even tho general consensus is that st is not worth playing anymore without it being coc.
