paypal transaction didnt get processed.

I added 10$(100 pts) to my account but the balance is still reading at 125 ( it should be 225), but paypal has messaged me that the transaction has went through. i can provide the e-mail on request. As such i cant buy the premium stash tab bundle. I ave previously made 2 20$ purchases of points and they worked fine, (bought premium and standard stash tab bundle last time they went on sale and had 125 left).
