Guild stash tabs

Why is there no indication that every single thing in your account is lost when you delete your account? Some things are just obvious. Honestly, why would you think you can take guild tabs that you paid for with you when you leave a guild?

You did not buy guild tabs. You donated points to the guild. Then the guild bought the tabs. As a guild leader, you didn't think it odd that they made you donate points to the guild before you could use the guild to buy tabs? You keep acting like this is a common problem. If it's so common, why have I never seen anybody have this problem before? Why isn't this thread full of people saying "yeah, that happened to me too!"? GGG doesn't need to spell it out for everybody. Use some common sense. It was obvious to me that the guild was a separate entity. It has it's own name and it's own stash and it's own everything. Members donate points to the guild. The leader has to accept those points. Then the points belong to the guild. They no longer belong to the person who donated them. Do you even know what the word donate means? When you donate money to a charity, do you expect them to give it back if you find another charity you want to support?

gtrans, given that the overwhelming majority thinks that it is just common sense that you lose the guild tabs when you delete a guild, maybe just maybe you are the minority and your expectation is the dumb one?

This system needs a change, like this:

-A member can donate a guild stash tab
-He can take it back, if he wants to
-if there are items in it, the stash tab cant be taken for 7 days
-if its empty, the member can take it back

or change the price to 15 points per tab kinda ...

or make it clear, that u charge that much for a non permanent feature.

I understand your frustration, but, why would you make a Guild and disband/delete it when there was no one else in it?
Why not just keep it in the first place?

Also, contact support, that is your best route.

Your changes make no sense. "If there are items in it" - if you want the tab back you would take everything out of it so you could get it back right away.

Taking back something donated just sounds bad. Do you ask for your money back from charities after you decide you don't like their cause anymore?

Yes you are right, but not in every case everyone can take out things of it.
what if two guilds want to merge? do they(1 guild) have to loose something they spended $ for?
yes at the moment thats how it is.

A question I've not seen elsewhere as yet but seems related .....

I'm curious what occurs at the end of a league if there is a guild with a stash tab, does that also disappear.. and if so, what happens to any item(s) within it at that time?

In addition to this, players are more likely to learn how additional Stash Tabs work before they learn how Guild Stash Tabs work. The lack of clarification for Guild Stash Tabs being different can easily result in people applying what they learned from one type of stash tab to another type of stash tab.

It also doesn't help that when you are the creator of a Guild it isn't clear that you aren't the owner of the Guild, you're just the current leader of it.

No? Your guild has a stash in every league. The tabs in your guild stash in Harbinger league will be added as (remove only) tabs to the guild's stash in Standard when Harbinger ends. Harbinger HC guild stash will move to Hardcore.
