From the hints, I'd guess that its unique properties will be something like:

" You're right. Maybe following the theme of the unique: +X% rarity -20% rarity for every party member in your party ... and some other drawback After all, greedy people don't want to share. Buffing players who farm solo and do the hardest encounters with their MF gear wouldn't be too bad. | |
