Can't you use it with a main skill that doesn't work on swords to get around the quality issue? I don't think you'd ever want to use this for actual attacks.

Weapon range is local to the weapon itself, so that would negate the entire purpose of using something like this.

If only the old viper-strike still existed? :) off-screen viper stab Ftw.

@jahithber89 i think he means use an attack that is mace/axe/dagger exclusive so you only use the +2 range as an off-hand stat stick.

edit : the stats are global btw, look at the wording of them.

Global attack speed

+2% mana leach from physical damage (imply's global)

+2 melee weapon range (same)

+physical damage with weapons

All of these read like global modifiers to me.

Yeah ill use a lvl8 vorici to link it. But i still didnt get the answer. How much does it cost when 3 linked?

How far does it reach? Please screenshot shiftclicking some zombies.

Always makes me a little sad when I see an unlinked corrupted item with 0% quality.
Although with level 8 Vorici the link issue seems to be of less importance, it's beyond me why people don't invest the cheap whetstones.
