Current Gear:


Crafted that helm w/ the alch recipe I showed in my video.
I haven't played much. Still level 83. Just alot going on real world with my garden and canning my harvest. I still have no problem in maps. Armor is pretty low. We have Arctic Armour, Fortify, Enfeeble, Endurance Charges, all of which reduces damage before armor even takes effect. I think the best gear is hybrid armor / evasion.
I'm trying to get power charges w/ that setup but a self cast enfeeble for nasty mobs would likely be safer. I'm still not using a granite flask. I haven't had a problem since I found out I was getting hit damn hard because of lack of fortify.

Haven't done 75+ maps yet. Just not there yet. Been focusing on Masters. I've done 72-73 zana maps though. To be honest I wouldn't recommend any map above 72 w/o belly of the beast. I'm overleveled for sure. Nothing wrong with that either. I see lvl 82 people grinding Dried lake. I did the dry lake grind to lvl 77. AT lvl 75 I peaked at 67 million exp an hour. Way more exp than I am getting w/ maps right now. After lvl 75 exp fell sharply. I'm only getting 30 mill exp an hour now.

That explains it.
You don't need Armor, it would be retarded to stack Armor while Acrobatics is cutting it by half. As Yeahpete already said, stack HP and EV to mitigate incoming damage.

Played another melee build with a Lightning Coil on Bloodlines and it feels pretty much the same. If you go in for the kill, pop your Fortify and Flaskbuffs.

I'm currently 82 on Tempest and running with some homies maps up to 72 at the moment.
Here is my gear, pretty much selffound except rings&jewels (all for around 3 c ea.). Helmet was 5c.

HP is at 4750, dmg unbuffed (in town) 4,1k, buffed at 15,8k

Is it worth stacking Pojectile Speed as the delay between the initial melee attack and the AoE of Molten strike is so annoying!? Has anyone got some experience with that?
I specced away from this build, tempest + 1 hit danger is not funneh. Higher level maps won't work.

You do know the way that armor works right? The harder the hit, the less effective armor is. It takes over 20k armor to mitigate a measily 10% of a merciless Kole slam. Something 3 endurance charges can do much easier. If your worried, grab more endurance charges and choose extra endurance charge from bandits. I'm not worried though. Once we get Belly we can absorb all damage, not just the physical mitigation that armor gives.

Reduce mana does not work on auras or buffs why would you put reduced mana with haste and Harold of lightning? That makes absolutely no sense unless my head got stuck up my ass again
