Looking at the quantity of items listed on poe.trade (which isn't an exact correlation since many uniques dropped aren't listed) I'd probably move Aegis Aurora and Perandus Signet into Tier 1.

There are tons of Kingsguard (99+) so maybe it is T3? There are about the same amounts of Death's Oath, Incandescent Heart, Greed's Embrace, Vis Mortis, Victario's influence & Lioneye's Vision as other T2 items (~50-60 each).

Blood of the Karui & Lavianga's Spirit seem pretty rare.
