been very interested in a glacial cascade build for some time but I was thinking of using a taryn's shiver till I seen ur staff. I dug around in my stash and found this . I can craft cast speed into it but should I look for 1 with spell damage or will this suffice?

" honestly, you'll be fine with something like that, spell damage is optimal but the crit damage will make up for the loss of spell damage if I had to pick a stat to drop I would say to omit spell crit on weapon to take spell damage |
