paper dps doesnt count here anyway, initial dmg gonna be higher

initial will be about the same, already tested all that stuff ;) Scion + Acuity is weaker than Mali+VP+LL => same hits, faster attacks, faster clearspeed, 100% reflect-safeness

edit: just at expense of 500es seems to be the best deal
