For the sake of order and convenience I adapted the BlazeRunner build to the #1 Prophecy Wand Skull Thirst in a new thread.

Compared to the 'original' Imbued Wand version it has following Pros and Cons:

+ Higher Hits/Crits
+ Higher Explosion DMG
+ Higher Overkill Ignite DMG
+ Less Manadrain

- 500 less ES
- no Vaal Haste
- no AA (just 1/23 possible for MS)
- needs Cwdt/IC Setup for Defense beside Lifeleech

Conclusion:
It is a matter of taste and gear. If you wish an extra amount of power, even higher carrying potential and got a good 'slow' Wand like Skull Thirst this build makes it possible at the slight expense of defensives.

Try it, I love it, and I am glad that I can switch between Foe Bite and Skull Thirst anytime with a few Regrets. Both versions seem to synergize just perfectly :)

The fact that you do update it so often is what keeps me checking back
