wow i think i answerd my own question by just testing it out with ure gem setup, insane. feels so much better tbh since the mana cost is so much lower

I'm very interested in a KB Scion, but I play in the new ladder = no Shavs + no ES builds.
Do you think this would be viable without that? Going Life way?

I think so, add Herald of Ash and tell me how it is pls :) but not sure if it is a good skill to lvl with. there is another KB build out using CoC and Frostwall, also very interesting, maybe its better to follow that until u reach enough lvl and currency for a lowlife build... :)

Are you running a life flask? I actually ran out of life to cast bloodrage since vaal pact no longer gives regen, and im using maligaro's.
