If you can find ring bases that include already having t1 WED on them, I can do the finishing on them. It is better to start with the WED afaik, and exalt into the rest.

Really tried to find WED on base but no way ;( also couldnt find a good prismatic base...
Seems like i gotta stick with my current jewellery until there is smth new on the market.
I've already spoken to Jin, possibly he is going on the diamond ring, so if u want to go for the prismatic one should speak with him for splitting cold/fire res smartly...

I made a similar post a page or so back, recent changes were kinda crying out 'wait, what about Piscator's' but then I deleted it when seeing just how much you'd lose compared to Jake's wand or any good rolled phys wand.

Piscators works well, however, as a full ele, life EB Wander.

Actually we have way overcapped resists, capped chance to crit, 6,5k ES and about 100k DPS with 89% Accuracy, this tree http://tinyurl.com/nag5ub7 and this stuff:

so if I drop rings and belt I get following resists:

+01% fire
-14% cold
+26% lightning

we are aiming for at least 36% Lightning from Shavs, Mind Snare Rustic Sash (43F/45C/45L) + 2 Diamond Rings with T1 Resists (42F/44C):

WED
%ES
MANA
MREGEN
ACC
RES FIRE/COLD

then we get at least those resists:

+86% fire
+75% cold
+67% lightning

So we need at least one passive to cap all elemental resists, maybe from a Bandit?

No...

With both Diamond Rings we are gaining 30% crit chance and let's say 770 Accuracy.
So we can completely drop the Eagle Eye cluster and win 3 passive points with this move.
Those 3 spare passives can be placed into Nullification to get +20% ES and +8% to all resists for the cap.

Furthermore we can swap the acc/ias nodes from the Wand Circle with its Wand-Damage nodes and still gain a bit Accuracy over all. At the same time our hits will be stronger and Mana drains not that fast because we lose 12% IAS which we dont really need.


In conclusion we get:

90% Accuracy (tested)
capped Resists (calculated)
capped Critchance (tested)
more ES with Nullification (tested 6,9k @98)*
less Manadrain because -IAS (for sure)
more DPS (for sure)**
more leech from Mind Snare + DPS (expected)
amazing powerful and reflect proof hits (for sure)

*+16% ES from tree @100 = over 7,2k
**(+12% IAS from tree & +7% IAS & flat phys from my ring vs +36% WED & +45% Wand-DMG & +1% Acc & flat phys from belt)

Yep, Piscator is great, but it needs to be built differently to be effective.
