It is pretty standard now for the title dps to be the unbuffed damage. Auras on, power charges on etc, but that's it. I pretty much view doing otherwise as just being inflationary and misleading.


It is the only way to ever have somewhat of a standard in people being able to quickly evaluate dps comparisons - posting higher is just trying to attract views by making your dps look better than other builds that follow the formula.

It was a giant debate before the pain attunement nerf (because flashing on RF and surgeon's dousing it off in attack builds was an easy 100% uptime "buff") and it just got dumb fast. "200k REAL DPS, NO PAPER BUFFS" "500k DPS! HIGHEST DPS EVER!" etc. In the end, (even before the nerf came) it was just easier for everybody to post their unbuffed dps as the opener.


Life is just easier if everybody posts their unbuffed dps. All posting it buffed does is prompt all the other builds to go update theirs to use their 100% uptime buffs (which all low life attack builds have, obv) and the inflation all around continues. It just becomes an arms race - pretty soon you have people listing their default build as a dps heavy one rather than the "alternate build with more defense" to pump up their opening screenshot and title.

I actually bought it at 22EX, not Really a bad price~

Consdiering it took me 12 hours to find one, After 40 whispers of people asking me how much am I planning to pay for one/ If I've actually seen one~ 12 hours later I actually found a guy who has one...~

I am new im PoE and I try to do ur build because I like Scion+ST but the big problem is:
I am poor xD

My char is lvl 62 - done act2 merciless with my friends (I cant solo...) - Torment League

Buddy LL st is verry expensive and requires extremely high level to make it work~ I don't suggest you to use it~ With lower echelon of gear Reave is probably the best for gear efficiency~

If you can search up past builds for ele buzzsaw it'll give you Really good pointers for ST builds~
