[2.2.2b] Cast when Drinking Potion spell spammer - 20 spells per second with no active skills

Hey guys , i just tried to make this build great again ''kappa''.

Just check my actual stuff :



I just tried those new boots combo with discharge and took Pathfinder ( seems enough for charge generation ) you can then go for Dual divinarius and makes something pretty noice.

And Passives if needed :



Its actually workin' for me !
There is some upgrade and changes possible i think , just give me your opinion !

Could you do an Updated build for this?
