Nerf tornado shot by like 20%= people who got their block nerfed are satisfied.

Tornado shot should cap out at a certain percentage and start shooting out two arrows per cyclone. That would be freakin' awesome. Then maybe 3 at 30.

You already reduced block chance on shields, you already really made it hard to get 75% BC(impossible for most characters). Why do you still feel the need to nerf Acrobatics too? I don't get it.
Don't get it??
It isn't that hard to get, Grind Gear feels the need to constantly reduce potential defenses for players because they are concerned that the game is getting TANKS, that are able to survive their attempts to halt progress once you are past Merciless, or after you reach level 70+....
Why do you think the death penalty is there, and SO HIGH??
I mean 10% REALLY?? Do they realize how incredibly LONG it takes to get 10% in the game with the extremely tiny amount of XP they let you get playing??
10% for me is almost 3 days of playing, and mapping truly, just to have it taken away the first time I run into something ridiculous like Corrupting Blood, or another fave of mine, Fractured maps.
My main can clear the Sceptre TOP to BOTTOM, and come out of it with maybe 1%, if lucky that is.
For the record, my main is a Shadow, a class that is almost FORCED to go Evasion as defense, but what good is evading a majority of attacks when EVERY attack seems to do thousands of damage. By that same token, what use is having maxxed out resistances when they have vamped up nearly ALL elemental attacks to the stratosphere. So, lets say I do evade 8 out of 10 blows, the 2 that land are nearly guaranteed to instagib me and remove 10% of my progress to the next level.
But I digress, my point is that this is not so difficult to grasp that they would nerf the pants off of block as it is pretty much the ONLY defense allowed, what is hard for me to get is how you didn't see it coming.
well actually what throws me is that in 1.3.0 the new additions to the game were retaliation gems, nearly all of which rely on block to even fire, after they effectively make block a legacy game mechanic.
My brother said to me once that they were pushing to completely remove melee characters from this game, which appears to be happening slowly, and that it would eventually become a PVP only game, and that seems to be coming true. :(
Which REALLY boggles me because it is said that they intend to add an act 4 eventually like they care about the PVE element or something....
GOOD LUCK WITH THAT, as if Dominus wasn't outrageous enough, or Atziri.
I am getting the impression that Grind Gear made a REALLY SWEET game to get you hooked, and has been steadily tearing it down ever since, and it is a SHAME truly.
A load of my friends left the game after the 1.3.0 NERF PATCH totally destroyed their toons, and I am not far from it myself to be honest. They take ONE more thing away from the players, and I QUIT.
My advice, if you want to stay alive in PoE, make a ranged build with EXTREME dps to kill everything before it gets a chance to hit you, that is my plan at least!!
Oh yeah, and DO NOT base your build around ANYTHING that exists in the game now, because the nerfbat is out there, and swinging WILDLY at Grind Gear Games, 1.3.0 proved that.

If you play only specs that uses mjolner or low life shavs then those will not get nerfed no matter how stupidly op they are... just look at all the mjolner cheese builds so op yet untouched after many many patches.
The real hardcore PoE players and the elites sit in town and zoning in and out of their hideouts trading items. Noobs that don't know how to play PoE correctly, kill monsters for items. It's pure fact, it will never change.
Welcome to PoE.

What is wrong with a little bit of change? Adaptability is a good skill to have, and the regular shifting of skills, defences, " meta" and builds is a good thing for the long term viability of the game.
I don't understand this horrific fear of things being balanced. Maybe, just maybe, if you're not equipped to deal with it, then it really is time to move onto something that is going to be less harsh on your blood pressure :)

Really one of those things that says "make a new character or quit already".
I just wish it were possible to incubate high level gems while playing alts. Level 20 gems my ass : [

whoa dude, whoa.
Games with no penalty for death are epicly boring. There is no adrenaline surge, no reason to pay close attention or focus.
Once you go HC you never go back.

So, the ONLY way to not have your build nerfed out of existence is to use Mjolner, and Shavs??
I guess the only way to avoid Grind Gear ruining your character with their next round of unnecessary patches now is to have two items which are almost IMPOSSIBLE to get, and then cross your fingers?? I have a Shavs, and it is legacy, but the only true benefit that I have seen of a low life build is increased damage output, which I DID state was a potential....
I have news for you, the devs read these posts, and will most likely decide to nerf those HARD now, so you should not have said anything!!
