Did you see Terror's Atziri video? There he explains the optimal kill order and strategies for the trio. I think you should also have granite flask up. Also make sure to not stand in the physical rain or chaos damage ground effect.

Yeah I tried it exactly the same. I just don't have close to the DPS. She's at half/two thirds before the other two come over. The trash mobs are absolutely no problem at all and I almost killed the first Vaal before he popped underground, killed him as soon as he came back up and the other one enraged and was a bit tougher but I'm getting the hang of that encounter. The trio though I just can't burst them down quick enough or stay alive long enough.

I have a bunch of questions and will really appreciate if someone can help me:

1. Is it worth to spend regrets on masters recipe to get 6th power charge? I have 5 max and crit chance around 91-92%?
2. How much hp should i have to try atziri? I'm 88 now and have around 3.8k with rathpith.
3. Is it possible to kill atziri with rathpith and not with saffels? I don't like to use RF, my hp degen scares me much and game become too stressful :D But rathpith give me 50% spell dmg and 10% life.
4. How much dmg on your skills tooltip without power charges with gmp (just to have some comparable numbers)? I have around 2.1k for fireball with herald of thunder.

Swapped my rings out for these and gained 40k dps from increased accuracy. Wow.



DPS with RF is showing as 244k now. Just looking for a nicer wand now, and then I think I can go back and try trio again. Might swap out a redundant purity for determination just before trio and maybe that will help for that one encounter. Also going to reset my original bandit from point to oak for some more HP.



EDIT: I got a new wand and swapped the Saffels for a rare shield and now I'm up to 300k DPS. Huge improvement over yesterday. Should be better now.

Uses barrages projectiles, cast speed, crit chance, cast on crit chance and hit chance along with the average damage per use of the spells.

Well, I went back into Atziri and it was much smoother. Deathless Vaal, died twice to trio because of stupid mistakes. I went in and blew up the first one but stood in the rain while I tried the second. Won't do that next time. I also forgot to cast righteous fire before I went back in, so I went in, cast it and mid animation got cycloned. Ridiculous mistake.

Once I screwed my head on I finished off trio easy and went to Atziri, but forgot to equip my quicksilver flask so died to fire blasts, but otherwise she was really easy.

Hey Terror! Just finished watching most of your Atziri Kills on YouTube and read almost every page of this thread! (There is a lot by the way!) You did a fantastic job laying out all the specifics on gear/passives/goals and even a budget section! Great guide dude I am thoroughly impressed especially taking the time to answer all the questions and noob questions and calling out our shit :p

Anyways I'll try to make this short, In your video I heard and saw you talking about Freezing Pulse instead of Arctic Breath but I noticed you seem to like the Arctic Breath a bit better.

So my question is how come you like the Arctic Breath over the Freeze Pulse?

Well Arctic Breath has a higher damage per projectile than Freezing Pulse. So in a boss fight without adds the single target DPS will be better. Freezing Pulse shines when you got to hit multiple targets in a line, e.g. when running maps:

I have a pretty high roll Rat's Nest, went to chrome it to RRBG and literally wasted over 400+ chromes with no success fml :(
