How can the continuous, blatant, ongoing FG trading by hundreds of players not be conclusive? It's conclusive to us without the extra evidence that you guys can tie in (but don't), never mind with.

If im not mistaken with current ToS you (GGG) are allowed to ban people with no reason what so ever. And if there are multiple proofs/assuumptions you can ban someone till he cleans himself of charges or just dont give a hoot.. We all agreed to this ToS for a reason... Not executing own rules is hilarious. Currently it looks like this " Look at me look im cheating ban me !!!" till some actions are taken.

Just come on... As a developer every act like this is a spit in the face of my product. And believe me respectful team gets more followers then soft one.

That doesn't change that there are cases continuously that are obvious, so obvious it's funny.

Such a case, once, I hinted at many times, to be told by yourselves to report it. I refused, because the fact that you were not acting on this case that was shouting itself from the heavens in obviousness was the whole point. It showed clearly that you were not bothered.

Why did you refuse? Apparently, nobody would be stupid enough to jsp with the same name as on their GGG account. Yeah, well many do, still. Not that that should be what it takes to catch these people. It certainly shouldn't be, however, what makes them untouchable. LMFAO.

Then, the guy makes a thread on jsp, warning all his jsping buddies that he is banned and "The one who named me was TheAnuhart, he is lurking around on jsp and reporting people to GGG" <- I got a PM telling me to google this and was led to the thread. In the thread they talk about how easy it is to get unbanned, people even talk about GGG themselves will offer you an unban before you even need to lie and wriggle your way out. Nevertheless, the plan of what to do is laid down and lo and behold a day later the guy is not banned.

Yes, Michael, you do your best to police your own ToU. You act when evidence is conclusive and perma ban. Wait, no, you do none of those.

FFS, it's supposed to be a level playing field, competitive ladder game. At least level the field by telling everyone they can jsp and FG trade into new leagues because currently it is anything but a level playing field. Having some wrongly believe that leagues are isolated fresh economies while others know they can use the wealth from the previous league is not exactly fair, is it?

"GGG pls gib unban i no RMT" are we talking this kind of easy ? Or how do they wiggle their way out and ofc the RMT scum will share and exploit the flaws in GGG's system and i am sure there are many because actually almost no on gets banned for RMT and still sites like d2jsp are well alive.

On Point 3. Yes trade scams.
Point 5. on harassment, that is the only way to make this a clean game, so if someone says in Global to another "F*** Your Mother!" or similar, it should be a 3 day ban, so players KNOW "Oh Shouldn't have written that" and it would spread fast that just ONE writing is enough to keep you wating 3 days to continue playing. (Different than texting " This is a fucking good weapon! or Damn good dagger). Just to get my point here across.

Point 6. would make tradespammers end their spamstreak and players can actually read WTS items before the list goes 10 pages down. (I used to tradespam a lot until this league because only a few actually get to read the WTS item before it's flooded with others)
You could also just put /trade to /trade 10 and still limit the 5 item count per 24 hours.
The Desync can be done, pressing F1 and getting a Program to "Read" the values" and AltF4 when too high is also possible, but mostly illegal (I wouldn't find it illegal, although I DON'T USE ANY 3rd party programs running seemingless as an overlay in windowed mode.

It's simple if I give 3 sscreensots at Global or Trade saying:
BUY GEMS CHEAP AT VVWVV . XXXXX. K0M (with C)
1 exalt 1 Dollar
1 Divine 5 Dollars
1 Mirror 150 Dollars

and Yes I saw this a few times promoting OTHER websites.
(How about another solution: "incast these banned players with playernames fdklsghfkhjgmhf just create accounts to spam and if banned, create new account"
just make L10 requirement to chat in global / Trade, as you anyways don't have currency yet to do that, and you still can whisper in game / Party if you are already stuck before L10 - THEN THE SPAM WILL STOP!

ANOTHER DEAL HERE: make all accounts NOT private, things might get really revealed then :-D

I don't know how making accounts not private when GGGs should have all logs of IP address, chat history and what they dove on the game ~.~

Also going on a banning crusade sounds easy until they ban some players wrongfully and then we have a massive riot that GGG is abusing it's power and are retarded are banning people wrong.

Whenever or not how lenient they are in banning people is another story.

Outside of banning players what they should actually do is attempt to force the game to be unbottable with auto locks out if it suspects you of banning, much like what runescape did (literally killed half of the signed in accounts in the game in a daily basis). That would kill a ton of RMT and cheaters.
