anyone else remember when epsi had like 2.000% multiplier with deaths harp because the global multi mod downright doubled your multiplier after increases from other items and passives?
THAT was OP, not this, this is just making use of a low level bow in low maps, dont you people bitch about uniques being useless all day? now when someone shows that they are slightly useful, for people who cant afford good items, tehyre OP?... Low maps? 75 is not low. And clear speed clearly shows that there would ve no problems whatsoever with 'high' maps..
