The character listed is "CharityBitches" which was a 1 week race character. Whenever I or another player try to send a tell to this name, we get the "character does not exist" error. I have tested this multiple times, from 5 other players, they all cannot send a tell to that character.

I understand that the first post says otherwise, and that you will probably tell me to read the first post, but I believe this is a bug or problem with your current system.

Maybe you could just add "~IGN" as a tag that puts whatever name you want in poe.xyz?
