So I found a solution to my problem, seems that for some reason my shop online status was measured towards my level 86 (Domination) Marauder character, after leveling him up to level 88 and entering the the bottom of the standard ladder with him I finally was able to get my online status again. My level 95 (ambush) character still isn't showing on the standard ladder though, why I can't say. So I've read the how to be online page and I'm not going to be able to make it on standard ladder anytime soon. So for the last option, I don't know who to contact or who I'm supposed to send the message to. I've tried putting variations of poexyzis etc and it keeps saying there's no recipient.
