About Acuity gloves and vaal pact

Anyone feels there should be a budget version of acuity gloves? Or make vaal pact revert to it's old version? Not 40% effectiveness but 100%.
I came back from the game in forsaken masters and the gloves are in the average range of 1.5 mirrors cost. From what I understood of the inflation, GGG made the gloves even more out of reach by nerfing its drop rate, hidden behind a double layer of rng. Is GGG content about the current presence? But that's not my main issue. That aside, I feel like GGG on one hand is promoting vaal pact to not be mandatory. Fine, that seems reasonable. But the re-introduction of vaal pact acuity makes players excited to farm for it. I suspect GGG feels acuity gloves would become a mandatory glove slot and took to the ground to make it very hard for seasoned players to acquire. The vibe it gives me is they seem to be hesitant / yoyo-ing around it. To give or not to give vaal pact? Feels like a balance sickness sitting out on the fence. I agree that VP could use a buff, probably around 60-70% effectiveness.

" Bloodseeker is a budget version of Acuity. Vaal pact is fine as it is, considering buffed recovery from potions. Dexterity-based build (which has almost no access to life regen nodes) can benefit from Vaal Pact greatly, if stacks enough leech (claw builds are #1 there). For ES builds, though, Vaal Pact is indeed not so good, because they lack another source of recovery (potions). As for Acuity, those gloves are just OP as fuck, providing INSANE benefits with no drawbacks. Acuity's contradicts the whole "there is no best in slot item, unless build enabling" philosophy. They should nerf the item or balance the game so Vaal Pact can be returned to its old glory.
