Diablo The Hell is an awesome mod, and definitely the most polished compared to any other D1 mods. I have yet to find any other D1 mods that are still under development.

I've been playing The Hell on and off for a couple years. Its pretty fun but once you get into late Purgatory mode it starts to get extremely difficult(Scout character). I can't even make it into the Catacombs on Doom difficulty. A new version just came recently and I have yet to install it. I think when I do I will work on my Paladin and see if I have better luck. Diablo: The Awakening looks pretty cool. Maybe I'll check that one out.

I'm pleased to see the mod is so highly praised I was exlporing PoE (not that I'm any good as a player), but it's intriguing (reminds me of TQ a lot) We are updating The Hell mod a lot lately, doing some crazy stuff in fact (bet old D1 fans would be crazy 'bout it) Gore & violence are restored BTW Last edited by MordorXP on Mar 11, 2013, 9:03:53 AM
