I agree with you 100%. Right now in rampage exalts are going for 45 chaos already. This sudden change will most likely have them jump even higher. 55-60 in rampage. too early to tell. But when chaos drop for me dont even get excited. Theyre not good for anything really except "a trading token". It would be much better if the price requirement was chaos. YES As a solo player who despises the player economy, I would LOVE to see a vendor recipe for Exalted. 40 Chaos per Exalted sounds very reasonable to me. It's a nasty chore to save up 40 Chaos when you're playing on your own and not flipping items in the god awful trade chat. I've spent my time farming Piety for the Chaos recipe, and my rewards have been crap, even with magic find. I can make more currency (and level up gems while I'm at it) by simply farming The Catacombs. It should be chaos instead, or at least a way to convert chaos to exalted. I have 297 chaos orbs (actual chaos not some meaningless post conversion amount) I will NEVER EVER use chaos in any meaningful amounts for their intended purpose because the chance of getting a useful item is something like 1 trillionth of one percent. I got a 332pdps rapier for 80c so far, and a 316 axe for 40c. 1Hs are a lot cheaper and it is about fuckin' time, pardon my French. Neither had Elreon mods on them (it isn't Elron, that is the founder of Scientology, get your shit together guys). So I don't know how this will be affected. Im assuming now they just will skyrocket in terms of the amount of chaos it takes to make up for an exalt. And that is shame. Something that seems to be forgotten is that the price to make these multi-modded weapons isn't 2ex, it's also the thousands of alts and dozens of regals that go into those first two mods. And the flat phys "rebalance" is going to spike the price of that too. Still cheaper than it used to be but it's not like people are just getting gg weapons for 1 Divine.
