Scion -Chaos Inoculation/Viper Strike build Help

So I was planning on planning my first build ,so here it is

Bandits quests
Normal - Kraityn for 8% to all resist or skill point?
Cruel - Help oak 18% phys damage
Merciless - Skill point

This is what I would use as Scion. I dropped the ES Recharge Nodes, because you are leeching anyways and dropped some low-value nodes.

Another build I like more:


Try to get a high crit dagger and a good ES shield in the offhand. You could try Arctic Armor. I dont know if the mana drain kicks in while whirling around, but that would be op. The Aura Nodes are not necessary.

And last but not least the life version I´m planning to play:

Chest: Belly of the beast
Dagger: Bino´s
shield: lioneye´s
belt: meginords girdle
And dont forget to get gloves with 2% mana leech

I want to try something with chaos inoculation , also thanks for the advice
Any idea about other uniques I could use in my build?

Amulet: Voll's Devotion
Belt: Auxium, Magnate, Doryani
ring: dream fragment(almost a must have as CI)
chest: shavronnes ($$$)-> rare chest would still be better in my opinion.
Boots: rainbowstrides
Gloves: shadows and Dust
helm: -
shield: -
dagger: bino, mightflay(for leveling)

All of them are quite interesting for this. Now it´s up to you.

At level 70 Ill take chaos inoculation ,ill report after that

What would recommend as a chest piece?
also i'll be doing it with scion , but ill update some things
Without mana leech i think you won't be able to sustain the mana loss

I am also using flicker strike due to the infinite frenzy charges blood rage provides , too cool to pass by .You also picked some shield nodes , wouldn't going for dual daggers more effective?
Also made some changes based on your recommendations :D

Edit: You also cant use blood magic with chaos inoculation :P

-Not an unique. Take a high ES vaal regalia with good resists.

-As Scion you throw 7 points/levels away.

-You will have around 50-100 mana left, so you need just 2500(50mana)-5000(100mana)dps @2%mana leech to fully recharge your mana. I just have to use a single whirling if I attacked into nothing. And I can run 50% less regen maps without problems too. You dont have to care about it:)

-I agree, but when will you use it?

-I like shields. And they will add so much ES to you. I dont know if dual wield will alternate weapon per attack. If so the only bonus you get are the mods of the weapon. And dual wield nodes are to far from your tree.

Later when a lot more wealth required wouldnt Atziri's Splendour Sacrificial Garb perfect for this build?
So the 2% of the passive tree is enough?
Hmm so I should go for a high crit dagger with a high ES shield?
