Cast on death RF is pretty insane
cast on death is by definition not HC viable.
The current use with RF is 100% exploit that will be fixed, probably in the next patch. All they have to do is disable CoS working with RF. "First minions, now RF... it seems that it is common problem with all permanent skills + CoD, so they should just add tag "permanent" to some skills and make CoD effects apply only to non-permanent ones. "Exactly the opposite. Probability of getting to 1 hp through receiving non-RF damage is zero, 99.9999999% of the time you go straight to zero without stopping at one :) And worst change is putting almost all bosses in new version of maps into fucking small areas, where you can't kite well or dodge stuff. What a terrible idiot invented that I want say to him: dude flick you, seriously flick you very much.

LOL, The Cast on Death support gem has been changed to only provide area of effect and damage bonuses while the character is dead. That was quick!
