Wrong video adapter and weird loading times

well disabling sound isnt much of a fix either.
just like buying ssd.

reminds me of watch dogs in this case a bit (coincidently disabling sound improved performance there also) - a lot of people said how you must buy better pc, buy ssd etc, yet people with dual titans can also see some model popping issues due to just generally crappy programming. i dont want to insult GGG, but upgrading computer isnt an all solving thing when the game itself has pretty obvious issues.

Im already tired of searching of fix.. Too bad no1 knows how to help us.
I stopped to play poe now coz of that damn problem, i dont rly care about long loading time at start,the most disturbing is changing area times, it takes at least 30sec to change location by waypoint..
