Does Rampage get more fun as you level up?

I've never seen the reason for giving a bonus for people who can kill stuff quickly... I mean if they can already kill stuff quickly, why do they need the bonus?

It's not necessarily quickly, it's one every X seconds for as long as you can, which is another reason I quit trying. I found myself intentionally killing things one at a time while dragging unkilled enemies behind me as I moved forward trying to find more enemies. Doing this just slows you down.

My point is that if a player can already perform at the level of the area, any bonus given to him is only going to make the game more boring. Beyond has the right idea... make the game harder if a person shows success.
same as vaal gems they didn't adjust for the lower mob density in normal and you barely get to go over 3, highest I got was 7 in a zone with monkeys and the map ran out of monsters

you definitely start to feel more rampagy on cruel

I would imagine the whole thing is balanced for map density of mobs.
The master quest for pne of the guys in act 1 summons just truckloads of guys in streams while you protect a totem.

Some of the rampages I was getting were pretty insane, including entire screen wipes. The rampage bonuses are definitely noticeable.

I got up to tier 6 in the forest before sct 2 in normal, it started repeating itself, just trucking mobs from off screen.
Hey...is this thing on?

I got to 250 or 270 in the forest in act 2 thanks to two shrines being in the zone as well. Only using Reave and Viper Strike too.

Probably shouldn't worry or play too much for the bonuses in normal. Take what you get, but don't go out of your way to get more.... just get yourself done with normal and do all Masters you come across.

Their quests that is... don't DO them... that would be sad.
In Wraeclast, if someone tries to kill you... you just kill them right back.
ULTRAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

COMBOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
Is there a tooltip somewhere that clearly shows your bonus accrued for the duration of Rampage levels? It would be handy.
Kick Ass and Chew Bubblegum - That's nature for you.

I'm willing to believe that the majority of people who find PoE entertaining are the sorts of people to enjoy the rush of Rampage: a countdown reset by more kills. I'm surprised at how I've responded to that countdown myself. My head hates it but my heart rushes nonetheless.

Most of the time I don't even know or care what bonuses I have! :)

I agree, its fun trying to keep it up, the effects couldnt matter less.

1 thing i was wondering though is, does it summon items from the ground when it goes to the animate weapon stage or just out of thin air? Because it shouldnt take items from the ground as i might want to pick em up, aside from that its all good.
Thin air.
If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.

I am Path of Exile's biggest whale. Period.
arent some of the loremaster's quests kind of buggy right (now where they would summon hundreds of summon skelletons and reging spirits ) and a great place to get the challenge done or are skellies and srs's not giving rampage streaks?
