Does Rampage get more fun as you level up?

Because I gotta say, it's just meh right now. Hoping that it gets fun in maps but early on man, barely even notice anything with it and its difficult to keep the rampage going and seems to take a while to get there. The forsaken master stuff is cool though.'

So Rampage is boring too? Wonderful.

Whatever you do, don't try Beyond unless you need to get some sleep.

Obviously? Higher mob density, higher clear speed = more rampage stacks.
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.
I thought the same thing OP, but then ran a 6 man group in normal docks and the kill streaks were flying. I don't know how long the novelty will last, but it was fun.

Good news. Maybe I'll make a Rampage character then.

So far, Rampage basically makes no difference at all. I've got up to 100 and I still couldn't feel it. There's the occasional nova or weird summoned swords which doesn't matter and is really more of a visual nuisance than anything else, and the speed buff is so tiny (and doesn't appear to actually give attack/cast speed) that the entire mechanic feels completely pointless.

I don't even really mind that it's something that doesn't get in the way of gameplay (unlike the godawful Beyond concept) but I feel like it's such a weak mechanic that it might as well not exist. It feels like playing standard except there's some cheap firworks proc every 30 seconds. The effects of Rampage are literally unnoticeable except for the animation of the procs that happen occasionally.

The summoning swords thing is animate weapon i think, if thats the case and it animates weapons on the ground thats a really bad part of rampage. What if i wanted to pick those weapons up instead of summoning them? Not sure if this is the case but its likely.

No, it doesn't animate weapons from the ground. That would be stupid.
