Mjölner not getting legacy nerfed
" I don't know why Mjolner would be super expensive in other leagues, but in Standard I don't see the price dropping. Rainbownuke is a top tier build, even though it's not uber Atziri capable, and so Mjolner will continue to be very expensive. I do expect prices to come down to the 60-80 ex mark, though. People are selling them at 85-90 already. This same evening they were 105-100

The rainbow nuke variation Vaal Pact version that I made is Uber capable. But as I have said 100 times, the Mjolner is fine as it is, there is nothing broken on it. The requirements make you be less powerful and run less passive options and the gear is prohibitive if you want to do Uber, like with any build. The damage is linear, no crits because of RT.

yeah but they seem to be back up alrdy.
im not a flipper , i got lucky and got one dropped 2 says ago. I was thinking selling now and buy cheaper later, first time finding something that expensive. But i decided to just keep it . Its a really funny item and lots of fun to be had. Also i agree i dont think its overpowered u pay with bad single target for insane aoe. |

I never understood why it was so expensive tbh, I would have expected it to be releated to soul takers in price, or atleast shavs. It doesn't really roll enough stats to justify it being worth that much, so its not picking up any ex by being linked, I don't think the drop rate is as low as some of the other uniques, and it's the only item in its class, so being able to chance it should have dropped it some. That, and it's not really as build enabling as some of the other high tier items, soul takers enable pretty much any cyclone build, shavs enables low life for pretty much any build, etc, but mjolnir is only useful for one relatively mediorce build for the currency invested.

With Vaal Pact and high proc speed you can, I have done it. I can safely say that my version is the most reliable one, because the RF version left you with only 6500 ES. With my version you had 9K and Vaal Pact ( fast leech )
After hundreds of regular atziri runs, I died twice in uber, once during the regular mobs on the way to the bosses, because my build didn´t have room for Dream Fragments ( antifreeze ) as I used that slot to get purity of fire to level 25 with the unset ring, so I got permafreezed a lot of times ( and permashocked) And another on the titties on the trio, third form. As I had very high APS even with Mjolner being very slow, the leech was very reliable. You struggle, but I think after some Uber runs I would have probably not died anymore. It´s Uber capable, but the damage and resistance of the mobs on Ube make it very unreliable and dangerous. The RF version is not Uber capable simply because you have very low ES.
