Sincerly is ridiculous to make a threat in this forum....

I open a thread giving my opnion about the nerf and people replies attacking me personally.

Tell if you are agree or not with the nerf , and your point of view, thats all.

Forget if i cry if i dance or if i f*** y*** m****.

Lets do it like a survey, are you agree with the nerf?

If yes, why?

If not, why?

May be we can make something constructive...

I dont agree with the number tweaking (in no way its a nerf), i propose that the CoC user pays at least half the mana required per spell casted including the supports he has, and raise the CoC base chance to 75%.

CoC as it is now, is an insult to every caster

I would have prefered CoC proc chance to be 90-100% at all times,
and had it nerfed with something like "all linked spells do 40% of their base damage".
Nerfing the proc chance makes playing the thing too erratic and weird (and more prone to desync too).

this is also one of many reasons why i haven't touched the game since last december ... inconsistency on all imaginable levels :)

but i understand GGG's attitude from an economical point of view since it works like this:

-player is grinding
-player makes a build
-player likes the build
-based upon this player invest a lot of time on the product
-the more time the player invests the higher the chances that he's going to spend money for packs, and the higher the chances that he's going to advertise the game somewhere else. (customer develops product loyalty)
-GGG nerfs stuff explicitly in a manner that the "majority" (majority is important here!) of players are forced to discard their actual build
-players build becomes obsolete
-player is pissed for a few weeks
-player makes angry forum posts
-eureka a new promising update in the pipes
-player feels encouraged to play again
-player is grinding
-player makes a build
-player likes the build
-based upon this player invest a lot of time on the product ...

but hey who cares, hardcore and such :)

<3 GGG
Not enough IMO. CoC is disruptive to the rest of the balancing ecosystem, and needs to be nerfed into the ground. Spells can't be buffed too much because CoC exists.

Constant nerfs to builds is what is gonna kill this game in the end.

One can dream, right?
Im totally agree about reduce the spell damage using coc would be much better than reduce % chance.

If the problem is the damage, reduce the spell damage when COC is linked.

Reducing proc not only reduces the damage, reduces survivability because u get less flask charges from flasks.

CoC powered spell gems should inherit the damage multiplier of the attack gem.
The problem is that a dagger ST CoC is overpowered, but for example a wand-build with elemental hit isn't.
I really think thats the best solution to the CoC problem.
