Marvel Heroes is surpassing PoE

I should hope so, OP! After all, Marvel is a globally-known franchise owned by Disney, enjoying an enormous surge in media exposure and popularity. One would think that, even if the game was a complete piece of trash, it would have solid numbers based on the characters, alone.

We have yet to see a "Heroes of Wraeclast" movie bring in megabucks at the box office, as PoE is a relatively obscure game from a definitely obscure indie company, with vanishingly small media exposure. As a game, even a magnificent jewel of perfection (which PoE is not), it would be nigh miraculous for it to have numbers which came even close to those of the Marvel blockbuster. Perhaps one day, PoE will. Until then, GGG will have to be content to remain eclipsed by the overwhelming popularity of Marvel Heroes.

It's no secret that Brevik is far from satisfied with the game.
If I like a game, it'll either be amazing later or awful forever. There's no in-between.

I think you misunderstood, was just showing the difference between an healthy game and, well, poe lol

PoE is consistently more popular than MH, the player surge MH got a couple of days ago through the new event will die down after the event is over and MH will go back to old numbers. The same happens to PoE every time, but PoE manages to pull in a higher number of players. Nothing indicates that MH is more 'healthy' than PoE. Either you are unable to read and interpret simple graphs, or you are trying to stir shit up on purpose.

Btw MH became a decent game by now, much better than the disaster it was at release.
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

PANIC!

Spoiler
The one thing that Marvel Heroes shows and that is interesting to me, is that unlike most games, it is actually increasing the player base over time, not decreasing, witch is really, really good.

I hope they continue to improve the game, because they are very similar to PoE with updates and free content releases very often.

I'm also glad that this is happening, shows that quality counts. Same happened to Final Fantasy 14, it went from total disaster to one of the most popular subscription based MMOs. Pretty awesome to watch.
