Old spork stronger than low life dagger ST?

I was wondering do you think low life spork (the old one, at its prime era) was stronger than low life spectral throw dagger crit, or weaker? Also I'm talking about the dual totem variant here.

havoc kills both normal atziri vaals before they can dive old spark never had this bosspotential

and it was annoying 8-10h spark = afterimages when you close your eyes

Crit? lulque, noway id put crit unless id have...some intense crit gear, Was the old spork not based on being lowlife RF? that is the one i remember, spork was never really about dps too, sure it was pretty damn strong with RF lowlife, mostly it was just safe and let you put more mf gear and cull...the big DPS from it also is from FORK+projspeed+ walls, its close to the same idea with vaalspark but vaalpark is shoots more sparks then 2-3 totems ever would XD but yah the dps is from the mechanic, one of the reasons its hard to balance, if its very strong in open area...it will destroy i mean DESTROY in small areas. its hard to balance that skill imo maybe it has too much bounce/projectile duration/speed over all perhaps.

Nothing was ever even close to as strong as lowlife dagger st, ever, ive seen uber atizi get downed in a mater of seconds, basically 4-5shot her ( full life gone even tho she usually disappears and goes to next phase when you take out enough hp xDDDDDD ) every phase. ( switched to true melee skill for atziri not Spec throw, spec throw is GG because of survivability and the fact that it procks like mad compared to other skills, but i think he wanted to kill her as fast as possible.

Im not rly good with crit and spells and my english is bad but ill ask it: spark has not a very low crit chance?, i mean, with new changes, will be easier to be beneficied by shock stats?, because low crit chance in spell = hard to shock = hard to do stacks = low damage, right?, but now low crit chance just needs 1 stack, 1 shock, so will be easier to do more damage, im right?

The current spark looks nothing like the old one and it did some insane DPS with maxed out gear - i think 8k tooltip with mirrorworthy gear which was enough to two shot Vaal which still many builds cannot do - however it had some drawbacks in today's meta for e.g. as good as old spark was you'll never really see it do uber atziri I think, leech is far too valuable.
