OP, you make no sense.
Any time anyone ever suggests a monthly fee, on something that doesn't have it's usually to say "Well you would get all this more stuff if you did." This game already gets exponentially way more support than any other game all at the exact price every person wants it at. If you don't want to pay a thing, don't pay a thing. If you want to pay a lot, pay a lot. Your childish attempt to monetize differently what's already monetized successfully is ill conceived. This game has been "officially released" for less than one year. In that time it has gotten 13 patches of some substance that were not simply minor patches. Some of these had skill gems. Some had reworks, Some had uniques. Some had passives added to the tree. Some had nerfs. One was an expansion to the game. Another expansion is about to release in less than two weeks. We already get this, and we're getting more. There is no subscription model that fits. There is no subscription model needed. There is no possible benefit to a subscription model that the current points/supporter packs don't already do very well. There is no need for this thread. You want to pay a subscription? Buy a supporter pack. Buy the highest level one each time. Get the cool benefits that come with it. If you buy the grandmaster supporter pack, it'd be like paying $50 per month since the release of the game. This will be your subscription. |

Poe is not an mmo, it was always f2p, make a Montly fee is a bad idea, i think the curent system with Mtx , pack... Is the best for poe
" For mmo Montly fees is the best imo , 15$ a month its nothing for an mmo becaus u can only play this game for ton of hours. Its the cheapiest to play, and when there is Montly fees its not p2w mmo . Not all can afford. I would not. In some countries salary is like 200 euros per month. Despite that I can still find reason to support the game by any scrap 10+ euros I get once per month wich is like a solidarity and respect fee anyway. After the new supporter packs I also decided to work a bit in real life and buy the 50$ pack to show appreciation and pay my respect for what they do with this game.
I am sure they deserve more but the fact that they are not greedy makes their team one of the best I have seen in my entire life. |
