This is quite interesting to see, I've always wanted to do a big unique-drop spreadsheet myself, so this is nifty ^.^

I am not sure that there will be any (science ) outcome of that challenge. Statistically wise, sample of 1000 is clearly not enough to estimate unique tiers ( without even talking about the fact that we don't know the table unique/tier ) , what about a 100 000 Unique Challenge ? :D

One scientific outcome there is right away - clearly, there is no reason to arouse oneself, when that unique drop animation plays. It IS going to be one of THOSE vendor trash uniques anyway...

I passionately hate that moment when unique drops in this game, to be honest. You try to keep stone face and not get affected, but deep inside you get more "WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY" every time it happens.

Statistically it does have some significance. But I might keep track of the items i get next expansion as well just for funzies which should total up to 10,000.

600 completed
