What is the fastest way to farm Orb of Alterations?

Farming Rima I got 4500+ alts in 6 days. Full inventory of rares each time. If you can get lucky with corrupt spawns there is little down time in between these inventories of rares if you have mf.

Rima is the corrupt boss in Neglected Cellar(City of Sarn). Doing Sarn runs I can get a Corupt average once every 1-2 mins or even first Sarn, kill Rima in 5 sec with 435iir 152iiq = lots of alts.

And if someone else is not as lucky as you and find a bino worth 45000 alts? Then you get what. 4-5 alts?

Don't take super rare drops into account please. I can go ahead and say everyone should farm 77 shipyard map only because i once had a kaom drop there. 30 exa worth of alt orbs every run for everyone!

Do merci sarn farms for midnights while also doing unid chaos recipe.. Downside is having to trade currency for alts but should be a lot faster than shard gathering.

Agreed, City of Sarn runs are INSANELY profitable. When there were boxes/nemisis in the one month, I would farm city of sarn for super chisels (frags), midnights, boxes, inner troll (treasure), chaos recepie, exiles, easy to kill unique monster, and alt shards. Plus Rima occasionally drops nice stuff too.

Plus, with how short the area is, and the upcoming masters expansion, you could EASILY farm reputation there. You would quickly find out if there was a master in the zone.

CoS is IMO the best, and safest place to farm in the game, aside from insane quantity maps with MF.
